While completing my MD, I also work as an instructor for Kaplan's MCAT prep courses and as a tutor/TA for Mayo's College of Medicine and Science. My background in psychology and extensive work in behavioral health uniquely positions me to address the psychological and emotional challenges that often accompany MCAT study and the stressful, competitive nature of the pre-med path. My journey to a 524 was complicated, with many twists and turns in the road as I learned the study strategy that worked best for me. Despite my youth, I've amassed nearly 5 years of professional MCAT Instruction and Coaching. As the former Director of MCAT Instruction at Jack Westin, and a current medical student at the University of Toronto, I've supported hundreds of pre-med students with their MCAT preparation.
