Welcome to my profile! I am currently a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Etsy, where I focus on search, ads, ranking, and retrieval. I also serve as an Adjunct Instructor at NYU's Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences where I have been teaching for over four years. I currently work as a Data Scientist at a Health AI company, and have been in the space for over 6 years now. My experience spans a PhD program at Harvard where I focused on applications of machine learning in medicine. While at Harvard, I also worked as a teaching fellow for several Master's-level data science courses. I loved my experience teaching, especially the office hours where I was able to spend more one-on-one time helping students with concepts from the course. I started my data science journey basically from scratch years ago, and have since compiled a long list of resources and 'what I wish I'd known' type advice.
