Breaking Into the Legal Profession (BigLaw, Boutique, and Private Sector
I've navigated legal roles in several sectors, most notably at top big law firms. I successfully recruited across 4 major metro markets across a gambit of big law firms and have unique insight into managing the application process beyond the schools career services. I've helped students plan and go through this process as early as 0L through 3Ls, with strong results at market firms. Further, I always stress thinking about more than the names. The calculus for where you end up is unique for each individual and I genuinely believe each person needs to take a step back and figure out where is the right fit for them, which can be incredibly hard to do while at the law school environment with so many external factors weighing. I also realize that the support you get for private sector recruiting can be incredibly varied depending on your law school and love to serve as the support you need. It can be tough when you recruit to a market outside of your school's geographic area or a number of other challenges that we can tackle together and lead your to success.
