This package is built for early-career or transitioning designers looking to build confidence and clarity in their job search. Whether you're applying to internships, junior roles, or pivoting into design from another field, this package provides targeted, beginner-friendly support to set you up for success. Available in 5- or 10-hour formats, you’ll collaborate with a design coach to refine your portfolio, develop your personal brand, and prepare for interviews with confidence. Common coaching activities include, but are not limited to: - Portfolio Review: Get constructive, actionable feedback on layout, content, and storytelling. - Resume & LinkedIn Optimization: Present your skills and experience in a design-forward, strategic way. - Personal Branding: Clarify your design identity and how to communicate it across platforms. - Interview Preparation: Practice presenting your work, answering design questions, and sharing your process. - Application Strategy: Target the right roles and tailor your materials to stand out. - Networking & Outreach: Learn how to build connections and generate job opportunities through outreach.
