About Teresa

When I graduated from West Point, I learned the value of discipline, resilience, and leading with integrity. Soon after, I was selected as a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford, where I immersed myself in studying how education and leadership can shape lives. I then put those lessons into practice as a U.S. Army officer, eventually leading over 150 Soldiers as a Rifle Company Commander. In those moments, I discovered that true leadership isn’t about titles or authority—it’s about clarity, purpose, and the ability to bring out the best in others, even under pressure. That same mindset carried me into my work as a consultant at Bain, solving complex problems for clients across industries. But my most important roles are the ones at home—being a husband and father. Those experiences remind me every day that a career isn’t just about achievement; it’s about building a life of meaning and balance. Today, I coach both early-career professionals and senior leaders to find that same clarity and confidence—helping them turn ambition into achievement and design careers that feel both impactful and fulfilling.
