About Emma
Hi there! I’m Alsey Davidson, HBS class of 2022. I was fortunate enough to receive acceptances to 5 top MBA programs (HBS, GSB, Booth, Wharton, and Berkeley). Since receiving those acceptances, I have coached 20+ students who have been admitted to top programs. I also offer career coaching - after successfully transitioning from industry into climate investing, I know how tricky the pivot can be! I'm passionate about helping people get into their dream MBA program or get their dream job - I want to be a thought partner throughout the whole process and work with you in a way that meets your needs and goals.
Why do I coach?
I had a few mentors who were extremely helpful when I was applying to school, and I’m not sure I would’ve been accepted without their help. I’ve helped many colleagues, friends, and peers through the business school application process and I find it extremely rewarding- I’d love to help as many people as possible via Leland!
