I helped launch the HBS 2+2 Program and I managed the deferred sector of the applicant/admit pool (reviewed applications, interviewed candidates, tracked composition of the cohorts, communicated with admits, etc). And I absolutely loved this part of my MBA Admissions career. College students often have the energy, enthusiasm and recent academic experience to make great MBA classmates!
