Description
We'll do a number of McKinsey-level behavioral interviews to give you an inside look into what is an extremely challenging, differentiating feature of the interview process. These interviews are just as important as the case interview, but are often neglected because candidates are not informed of their weight in the hiring process. In addition, conventional wisdom from MBB applicants is that if you're prepared for McKinseypersonal experience / behavioral interview, you'll be more than prepared for all your consulting interviews on the behavioral side.
