Format - 5, 8, or 12 live coaching sessions (60 minutes each) - Prep and light homework between sessions to turn clarity into action - Optional light async feedback between sessions for critical artifacts (see below) What we do (core flow) 1) Diagnose: your current situation, constraints, goals, and risk tolerance 2) Target: roles, level, and best-fit lanes based on your strengths and market reality 3) Position: your narrative, resume/LinkedIn positioning (as needed), and how you present your impact 4) Execute: outreach, pipeline cadence, interview reps, and decision rules 5) Close: negotiation posture, tradeoff decisions, and next-30/60-day plan Size options (all 60-minute sessions) Sprint (5 sessions) - Lock the target, build your narrative, and leave with a 30-day plan and weekly cadence Build (8 sessions) - Everything in Sprint, plus positioning updates (resume/LinkedIn as needed), outreach templates, interview practice, and decision rules Install (12 sessions) - Everything in Build, plus deeper interview loop prep, negotiation posture, multiple high-stakes scripts, and a 60-day execution plan with checkpoints Artifacts you leave with - Next Role Target Map - Career Narrative Pack (intro + impact stories + “why this role”) - Search Operating System (weekly cadence + simple pipeline tracker) - Scripts for high-stakes conversations (manager, recruiter screen, interviews, negotiation) - Positioning updates and decision rules based on package size Boundaries This is professional coaching for career strategy and leadership systems.
