It's a great time to work with a coach to determine success metrics, deal with navigating a new culture and building a go forward plan for your team. Having a partner who has navigated this period with many executives and leaders can accelerate your ability to have an impact and launch your new role successfully.

Coaching is a partnership with the client setting the areas of focus and goals for the coaching and the coach providing the space and container with questions that help shape the client's thinking. I also offer organizational design and team consulting where new leaders may need some thought partnership on how to activate their new team.
