This bootcamp is built for job seekers in non-technical roles (ops, marketing, sales, comms, and similar fields) who want to run a smarter, more effective search. Whether you're between roles, entering the job market, or employed but ready for your next move, you'll get the most out of this if you're actively searching and ready to put in the work. No AI experience required.
The bootcamp and coaching complement each other. The bootcamp gives you the system, tools, and frameworks to run your search. A coach gives you personalized feedback, accountability, and help with your specific situation. You can do the bootcamp on its own, pair it with coaching, or start with the bootcamp and add coaching later if you want more support.
You'll learn how to build an AI agent that finds relevant opportunities for you, write outreach messages that start real conversations, optimize your resume and LinkedIn for both algorithms and humans, build a portfolio AI project that shows employers you're ahead of the curve, nail behavioral interviews, and ace take-home assessments and case challenges. Each session ends with a concrete deliverable you can use immediately.
All six sessions will be available on-demand through Leland+ after the live session concludes. You'll be able to watch the recordings and work through the exercises on your own schedule. That said, the live sessions are where you'll get the most value through real-time interaction with Leland coaches, live walkthroughs, and practice with other participants.
No prep required. Just show up with a laptop and a willingness to participate. Once you're enrolled, we'll share all the materials with you and walk you through everything needed in each session.
